One of the incredible things about the Cloud is that innovation can happen so very fast. Today I wake up and discover I have a new feature and functionality and power injection for Outlook.
It is called "Clutter:
"It works like this: The email server looks at the messages you receive and learns what you ignore and what you don't. As new messages come in, it takes the messages you're most likely to ignore and puts them in a separate folder. Clutter isn't perfect. But the more you use it, the better it gets. Clutter helps you focus on what's important by learning what kinds of messages you actually read."
No Update, No Upgrade, No Requirement gathering ... it is just there.
